Kioooi: This is how Chopin played bach ;) XD hahah just fucking with you

Kioooi: Wow you give the piece a whole new feeling!

leopoldraphael: J.S.Bach war kein Romantiker!!! :-))

viborrr: The arhitecture of music stays the same, regardless of the tempi, chosen instruments etc... You can stick historic performance in your historic ass! :) GO cubus! In my opinion, romanticism and retardation of tempo often brings out beauty present in Bach's music that otherwise remains hidden, ran over, just like by a speeding truck. His melodies are so so rich they need slowing down, in order to be fully percepted

pozsoz: it's easier to play when you're playing it wrong. not that bach requires to be played by robots, but you can still play it in the right tempo and give it your own interpretation

MIXOLYDIAN123: Anthony. This comment is unhelpful at best. I both know and understand this music & I LOVE the style of this performance. Maybe you meant to say "...people searching for this song who know and understand it in its original form would notice this isn't an authentic historical performance". But that's so obvious is doesn't need saying. Cubus knows HOW he's playing so why comment? Why should Cubus spend money on CD's only to recreat a performance that the world has heard many times before?

ChristianSojourner: I rather like it played this way - a bit slower. I like this tempo more than the faster.

AndreaZ64: I'm a Bach devotee myself and indeed this obviously is historically incorrect, but nevertheless it is interesting to listen to this anachronistic interpretation. And as always cubusdk plays very good. I like it. 5 stars.

kaman1002: I think you play chopin's better than bach's

itsanthonyhere: Yea we can give him credit but he wouldn't be able to perform this anywhere. You can't play Classical Era music in the form of Baroque style, and vise versa, just because it's a personal choice. You'd be disregarding the entire era of music...

sexorcista: u might b right, but u re forgetting that music is a personal experience, so i believe he is plauin it in a way he enjoys it the most. he is not tryin to b like anyone and we can give him credit for that, can t we? sorry bout my bad english, greetings from Mexico.

xbox2xbox: toooooooooooooo slow man!!

itsanthonyhere: Glenn Gould..his interpretation of this is what it's supposed to be. Also, go on itunes and type in this song..buy all the versions. You're playing it romantically when it is Baroque. I can understand if you enjoy it ands that's cool! But, people who knows and understand this song and are searching for this song wouldn't enjoy this style.

PAGATY: doe you have an example?

itsanthonyhere: C'mon man. You're really good but you have to remember this is BACH...not Chopin. They were both angry men. Give them that at least.

Invisionary: Very nice. I like the tempo you chose.

ajoylessparade: Im from america but im mostly danish Holm is family name. And I love this shit.

klaverfar: En elektriker, der spiller Bach -- nu står verden altså ikke længere! Phone your electrician and he'll come and play some Bach for you!! A typical Danish phenomena - an example of our high standard of culture and education

Johann Sebastian Bach: Prelude No. 18, G-sharp minor, BWV 887.
