ManuBenable: Really nice music...do you know Little Prelude by Schytte?

BirdsBrasil: Tks a lot, my friend!

cubusdk: That is a Roland info video and it is just the sound from the GX keyboard.

BirdsBrasil: Stealing a little bit of your time. Would you can watch this video and tell if our friend is using JUST the sounds built-in or using a external device, like a computer and software or the supernatural kit. Thank you Cubus! By the way, your recordings are amazing! watch?v=WG6gYU9pQCw

cubusdk: I used the built in Piano No. 6 on GX and configured max hammernoise. Piano No. 6 is a fantastic sound but also rather difficult to play with because of the quite abrupt changes in tonecharacter in the 3 velocities. It seems that I used Soundblaster reverb from my PC, but try the using cathedral reverb on the keyboard, it is also very good. If you have purchased the GX (and not the NX) you should consider the add on card to 'supernatural' piano sounds.

BirdsBrasil: This recording... you were using the sound of the piano or used a software to improve it? It sounds amazingly superb. I bought this piano yesterday and I saw that it comes with some CDs. Sonar, I believe... I tried several instruments and loved the choirs and strings. It is incredible the capacity to put them together. So, I will need a software to reach the sound that I listen at this recording?

cubusdk: You might as well consider a change to a software piano on a computer and still use your keyboard as a midi interface to the computer. The keyboard on the RD-700GX is quite good but on my recent videos I use the sound from software pianos. By the way, the keyboard should be even better on the latest model, the RD-700NX.

BirdsBrasil: I have the p140s Yamaha. I will do like you: change this keyboard to roland rd700gx. Great work, man. Hugs from Brazil.

abrahammulder: Very nice, but according to the sheetmusic the tempo should be moderato, you play it lento/andante. Nevertheless I like it very much and I believe that you play it slower because its sounds more romantic. I think that I'm going to play it the same way. Many polyfonic pieces are sounding better at a slow tempo, many people are playing Bach for example to fast. Bach is most beautiful at a slower tempo because it gives the music more harmony.

geogodley: LUDVIG SHITE? hahah

MIXOLYDIAN123: thanks

MIXOLYDIAN123: thanks

cubusdk: Schytte should be pronounced 'Skøtte'. The letter ø is pronounced like the french word bleu (blue) without the 'bl'.

MIXOLYDIAN123: help me out here before I embarras myself telling friends about this composer... you pronounce his surname..????? Shite, Sheet, Shiter, Sheeter? HELP :o)

audioko: so reassuring in its beauty and warmth

StevyLeRoi: Simply AMAZING!!!

MagicDonDino: very very sweet!! I will see the sheet, thanks a lot!

UsKciTo: It seems like an easy song but is just so relaxing =D.. thanks for posting

accordiona: What a perfectly beautiful piece! Your playing is so sensitive and refined. This is a gem! ***** Lorna

gruupi: I love how you keep finding these great pieces by composers who I have never heard. Nice playing as always.
